Prenatal Lactation Consultations
Prenatal lactation consultations focus on your future milk story. Prenatal support and education empower you with knowledge and confidence to reach your infant feeding goals. These consultations can take place in our office (4909 Bissonnet Street, Suite 115), in your home, or via telehealth.
Postpartum Lactation Consultations
Postpartum lactation consultations focus on achieving your milk story through careful assessment and detailed care plans. These consultations can take place in our office (4909 Bissonnet Street, Suite 115), in your home, or via telehealth.
Infant Massage
Nurturing touch is the foundation for life-long connections
Bonding through nurturing touch is a powerful way to learn what your baby is trying to tell you. Asking your baby for permission to touch and understanding their cues of engagement and disengagement are the beginnings of mutual respect that will continue through adulthood!
We offer private and group infant massage classes, led by Michelle Fassell and Kiara Aponte, Certified Educators of Infant Massage. All babies from birth to age 1 are welcome, accompanied by one caregiver. By the end of the 5-class series, you and your baby will have a stronger bond through nurturing touch, you will learn evidenced-based massage techniques, and you will grow and learn alongside other new parents
Story Time Socials
Relationships grow through connections and community
Building community with other new families in the early days is challenging. You may feel isolated at home and not know where to turn to ask your burning questions. I know firsthand that parenting is hard work and can feel less overwhelming when shared with your community of support. Our Story Time Socials starts you on the path of forming new relationships through small group discussions and community healthcare providers. We will delve deep into education topics such as back-to-work, introducing a bottle, crying as communication, and postpartum yoga, to name a few. We look forward to helping you grow your relationships through new connections and community!
4th Trimester Support Bundle
We want to empower you to reach your breastfeeding and chestfeeding goals and develop lasting connections with your baby, your new family, and your parenting community. To help you reach your goals, we have created a 3-consultation service bundle. The package is 10% off the individual service pricing. All packages require full payment upfront.
